Canada Greener Homes offers solar customers access to a CMHC interest free loan up to $40,000. As a prerequisite, a Home Energy Assessment must be completed prior to applying to this program. When you contact 1st Electric Inc. you will receive friendly and professional service. Our office team will request the following documents from you: Nova Scotia Power bill, type of roof (asphalt or steel), pitch of roof, dimensions of building and an exterior photo.
Solar Proposal
Our solar specialist will use the information provided to create a solar design and proposal that best suits your needs. A site visit will be conducted if required, and our team will be available to answer any questions you may have throughout the entire process. Once the proposal is approved the installation process will begin.
Installation Process
Our team will coordinate all of the required document submissions to Nova Scotia Power, municipal permits and any necessary engineering assessments. Once plans have been approved and permits issued, the equipment will be ordered, and the installation dates secured. We prioritize safety and all work will be completed as weather conditions permit.
